3. What SeekPeek does

SeekPeek is a referral service. When you search, we send you to a third-party data partner that provides the report. We don't create, sell, or store public record reports, and using SeekPeek itself is free.

5. Third-party services and purchases

Reports, subscriptions, pricing, billing, cancellations, and refunds are provided by our data partners under their own terms and privacy policies. Any purchase is an agreement between you and that partner, not SeekPeek. We may earn a commission on purchases made through our links.

6. No warranties

The site and any information obtained through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party report will be accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Regime LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or any third-party service or report.

You agree to hold Click Regime LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or any law.

The SeekPeek name, logo, design, and written content are owned by Click Regime LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
